User testing of drug's instruction

Services for conducting user testing are carried out on the basis of the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated November 3, 2016 N 88 "On approval of the requirements for the instructions for the medical use of the medicinal product and the general characteristics of the medicinal product for medical use."

The main goal of user testing is to check the legibility, comprehensibility and ease of perception of the instructions for the medical use of the medicinal product by the patient.

The scope of user testing includes:

• writing a study protocol;
• selection and justification of the choice of the target group of respondents;
• development of questions reflecting all the features of the safe and effective use of the drug;
• establishing evaluation criteria for the developed questions;
• planning and conducting testing;
• formatting the results of the study in the form of a report;
• recommendations for making changes to the leaflet based on the results of the survey of respondents.
