The Congress Center of the World Trade Center on Krasnaya Presnya hosted the solemn ceremony of awarding the laureates of the XX National Prize in the field of entrepreneurship «Golden Mercury». FARMOBORONA Testing Center LLC was nominated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the city of Korolev for an award in the nomination «Family Business» and from the numerous nominees became the winner of the award and received an award, which was presented by the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Sergey Nikolayevich Katyrin.
On May 23, a group of students from specialized chemical and biological grades 9 and 10 of MBOU "Gymnasium No. 5" visited our testing center.
The guys were taken to the laboratories of chemical and microbiological analysis. They got acquainted with the unique equipment, showed the principle of operation, talked about how medicines and auxiliary materials are tested, how preclinical studies are carried out. The staff of the center very professionally answered all the questions of the students.
Chemistry teacher, curator of the direction Dakhno Elena Alexandrovna, who accompanied the children, noted: “The tour did not leave anyone indifferent, everyone found for themselves what their circle of interests lays to a greater extent. From the point of view of career guidance, such an exit was of tremendous importance, since it is here that you can see with your own eyes what chemical technologists, pharmacists, microbiologists and even veterinarians are doing in the future.”

On May 19, 2023, the FARMOBORONA Ltd celebrated the Day of the Pharmaceutical Worker with the whole country for the second time. The event took place in the beautiful and festive hall of the Podlipki Children's Choir School.
In the solemn part of the event, the company's employees were awarded Certificates of Honor and letters of thanks from the Moscow Regional Duma, the Head of the Korolev City District, as well as certificates and gifts from the company.
Diploma of the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Manturov D.V. awarded the head of the quality service Pisarchuk A.D.
The FARMOBORONA Ltd, represented by the General Director Paskar I.V., was presented with the address of the head of the urban district Korolev.
The results of the contest "Best in Profession" were summed up, awarding the winners with a valuable gift and a diploma.
The presentation of certificates of completion of training in the course "Fundamentals of Management" congratulated those heads of departments who successfully completed the course.
In the concert part of the program, people were pleased and cheered up with dances, songs and poetry: employees of the FARMOBORONA Ltd, the group of pop and modern dance Arlekino, the accordionist of the choir school and the Potok Children's Concert Choir.
This year, for the first time, our Testing Center hosted the Best in Profession competition. Its goal is to increase the prestige of the profession, motivate staff to improve their own skills, as well as improve the quality indicators of employees.
For this purpose, the Competition Regulations were developed, the composition of the competition commission and the Competition Nomination were determined.
22 participants took part in the competition.
The competition was held in 2 stages.
At the 1st stage, the heads of structural divisions observed the work of employees participating in the competition at regular intervals for 3 months and filled out scorecards.
At the 2nd stage, the contestants had to complete a practical competition task in the presence of members of the competition committee.
The winners were determined by the competition commission based on the analysis:
- an essay in the application for the competition;
- the results of supervision of managers over the work of employees within 3 months;
- the results of the practical competitive task;
- the results of a comprehensive assessment by the commission, which took into account the personal contribution of the contestant to the development of the company.
The competition commission noted that the contestants demonstrated a high level of theoretical and practical knowledge.
During the meeting of the competition commission, the winners in three categories of the competition were determined.
In the nomination «The best chemist «FARMOBORONA-2023» the winner was the chemical engineer of the analytical laboratory Yaroshenko Anastasia Aleksandrovna.
In the nomination «The best chemist «FARMOBORONA-2023», the winner was the microbiologist of the microbiological laboratory Ginosyan Anna Armenovna.
Taisiya Viktorovna Minayeva, pharmacist of the organizational and expert department, became the winner in the nomination «The best chemist «FARMOBORONA-2023».
The awarding of the winners took place on May 19, 2023 at the Podlipki Children's Choir School in Korolyov during the celebration of Pharmaceutical Worker's Day.
All winners were awarded diplomas, memorable gifts and an additional day off.
On March 17, 2023, the training course "SCHOOL OF CURATORS" was completed at FARMOBORONA Test Center. The most experienced employees of the company were selected as curators for training. In the process of training, they received systemic knowledge and skills that are necessary in interaction with the trainee and in transferring the knowledge and skills to newcomers necessary for their high-quality and professional work in the company.
The participants of the training were given certificates and the most distinguished ones were noted. Minaeva Taisiya, pharmacist of the OEO, became the best in the control task!

The leaders of our test center participated in a meeting with the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Yuryevich Vorobyov, which was held on March 15 on the issue of business support.
Meeting participants, entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized businesses, spoke about their activities, shared their experience in using support measures from the government of the Moscow Region, asked the Governor questions they were interested in and enlisted support in solving their business problems.
On March 9, the Administration of the city district of Korolev, Moscow Region, hosted a field meeting of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, dedicated to solving the problems of technological development in Russia by updating the instrumentation base of organizations and developing popular science tourism in the Russian Federation.
The leaders of our company became participants in round tables, where they learned useful information about the projects of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the available opportunities for state support.
As part of the event, FARMOBORONA Testing Center LLC became one of the sites for visiting by the participants of the meeting, as one of the potential scientific and tourist sites. The guests walked around the laboratories and were able to personally observe the operation of the equipment in the implementation of some research methods.

The employees of the organizational and expert department especially distinguished themselves by composing a ditty for each male employee, which they merrily sang.

The FARMOBORONA Testing Center provides user testing services on the basis of the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated November 3, 2016 N 88 "On approval of the requirements for the instructions for the medical use of the medicinal product and the general characteristics of the medicinal product for medical use" .

Our testing center has been certified in the field of quality assurance compliance with the principles of good laboratory practice in relation to preclinical studies of general and specific types of toxicity, pharmacokinetics, research and development of new drugs, bioanalytical studies in accordance with GOST 33044 - 2014 (OECD GLP) .
Available highly sensitive equipment (HPLC-MS and GC-MS) allows for GLP status studies in the development and validation of bioanalytical methods and their use for the study of toxico- and pharmacokinetics of drugs.
