Quality Policy Statement of the Testing Laboratory LLC Scientific and Testing Center «FARMOBORONA»
The quality policy of the testing laboratory LLC NIT «FARMOBORONA» is based on the requirements of the GOST ISO/IEC 17025 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories" and GOST R ISO 9001 "Quality management system. Requirements."
The laboratory conducts its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, based on licenses and other permitting documents.
The laboratory conducts product testing competently, honestly, and impartially. This procedure is fair and consistent for all clients.
Any information obtained during the performance of work/services is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed.
In the event of a conflict of interest, the laboratory guarantees impartial and independent performance of work.
The laboratory also guarantees the preservation of information received from the client and impartial consideration of complaints and appeals.
Based on the quality policy, the laboratory management defines the quality objectives and tasks:
The objective of the quality management system is the high-quality performance of work/services for conducting product tests.
The main tasks to achieve this goal are:
- Achieving and maintaining a high level of organization and conducting tests in accordance with the rules and methods of testing, including sample selection rules as defined within the scope of accreditation;
- Providing the customer with objective and reliable information on test results.
To achieve the set goals and tasks, the laboratory ensures:
- The functioning of a quality management system that meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001 and GOST ISO/IEC 17025;
- The improvement of personnel management procedures, ensuring proper execution of duties, and operating in accordance with the established quality policy, while fostering an understanding of personal responsibility for the quality of work performed;
- A clear organization of testing procedures;
- Timely updating (relevant changes) of state standards, regulatory documents, and test methods;
- Engineering resources (electricity, heating, sewage, water supply, telephone and computer networks, email), as well as technical equipment, including measuring instruments, testing and auxiliary equipment;
- Compliance with testing requirements during operational activities;
- Continuous improvement based on the evaluation of the performance of the laboratory’s quality management system;
- Adherence to procedures guaranteeing impartiality, confidentiality, and independence;
- Regular staff training for personnel involved in testing activities;
- Conducting internal audits to identify nonconformities and develop corrective actions;
- Implementation of a risk and opportunity management system related to laboratory activities.
The laboratory undertakes to comply with accreditation criteria and the requirements for accredited persons.
All laboratory staff involved in testing must be familiar with the quality manual and follow the established quality policy of the laboratory in their work.
